Step 1: List It

We set up a call to discuss your vehicle information and list price.  We will go over any questions that you have and discuss our marketing plans for major sales sites, social media, and our buyer's list.  

Step 2: Marketing

We specialize in reaching the niche buyers that want your van. We will send your ad to our buyer's list and expose it on social media and sites like RVtrader, Vanlife Trader, and more.

Step 3: Negotiate

Tired of low ballers or flakey buyers? We will sift through the buyers, set up showings and inspections, facilitate a purchase agreement, and get you top dollar.

Step 4: Sell

We set up a secure escrow to limit fraud and make sure your transaction is safe and secure. Once completed, we have shipping companies and registration services to complete the sale.

Q:

What does your service cost?

A:

We have an upfront marketing fee of $245 to cover the cost of ads, this fee is refundable if the vehicle is sold. When the vehicle is sold, we will take a small percentage of the sale to cover our services and escrow. 

Q:

Who creates the listing, takes photos, and ad description?

A:

If you are local to Southern California, we will come to you to take all the pictures and videos needed for your ad. When you sign up with us, we will have a discovery call to go over the details of your vehicle along with any unique customizations that will help you sell your vehicle quicker. If you are not local to us, we will ask to have you take pictures, or for an additional cost, we will have a professional photographer come out to take photos.

How do you qualify buyers?

A:

As a broker, we work with buyers every day on transactions. We will ask them to provide their driver's license and proof of address. If the buyer is going to pay cash, we will ask for proof of funds to confirm they are ready to buy. 

Q:

How do buyers see the vehicle?

A:

This is truly up to you. Since this is a listing service, we do not take possession of the vehicle. Every week we will ask for the seller's availability and then match the buyer's availability with your schedule. We have some sellers that will meet potential buyers at a public parking lot (i.e. grocery store) or most will meet at their storage unit or home. We do have an option for a full service consignment, please reach out to us directly for this option.

Can a buyer finance the purchase of my vehicle?

A:

Yes! We have exclusive relationships with lenders that can finance the vehicle with your buyer. 

Q:

Is the escrow paid by the seller or buyer or both?

A:

Our fee covers the cost of escrow.
